Other Team Members

Naomi Schwarz

Naomi has a Bachelor of Social Work through The University of South Australia and has worked in a number of different positions over her professional life including child protection, parent education and child development, community group work, overseas mission and most recently domestic violence. Her roles have been diverse but with a family focus, as Naomi is passionate about families functioning optimally, parenting being an enjoyable experience and children feeling loved and secure. Naomi has had extensive experience as a member of various committees and boards over both her professional and personal parenting journey.

In her part-time role with the Reily Foundation, Naomi works as a parenting workshop facilitator and also as a therapeutic counsellor with clients.

Tabatha Broxholme

Tabatha has a Masters in Disability (Flinders University) and Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Adelaide University) as well as being a registered TBRI consultant (Trust Based Relational Intervention). Tabatha has spent most of her working life in the PRC (China) leading a team of local and expat workers to end abandonment in their province. She has helped to establish and run programs working with hospitals, early education centres and through their community centre to equip parents raising children with disability and working with children who have been abandoned.

Tabatha is passionate about child focussed, parent empowered, evidence-based  approaches that nurture healthy attachment and are practical and effective.

Tabatha works part time with Reily to collaborate, construct and run workshops with the team based on the lived experience of clients and identified gaps in knowledge, understanding and capacity. She also works more broadly on research to help guide Reily’s advocacy work at a systems level.
