A 7-week program for parents who want a different future
Future You supports parents who are navigating child protection and may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, judged, angry, or unsure how to move forward. Through guided conversations, practical activities, and group connection, parents build confidence, strengthen self-awareness, and take positive steps toward the future they want for themselves and their family.
What it covers
We understand that parenting while navigating stress, child protection involvement, relationship challenges, or personal barriers can feel isolating and overwhelming. Future You creates a supportive and non-judgemental space where parents can explore what may be getting in the way, strengthen their confidence, and focus on building a safer and more stable future.
