Support Before System is a one-day practitioner training delivered by The Reily Foundation for professionals working with children, parents and families before crisis or child protection involvement.

Every day, practitioners across education, health, community services and family support meet families long before they reach crisis. These early conversations matter. They can shape whether families receive timely help, whether trust is built, and whether pressures escalate into child protection involvement. System Practitioner Training
This training helps professionals respond earlier, have better conversations, and provide practical support before families reach crisis point.This training is suitable for professionals who work with children, parents or families, including:
Educators and early childhood professionals, teachers, wellbeing leaders, counsellors, nurses, allied health workers, social workers, housing and community workers, mental health, AOD and domestic violence practitioners, family support workers, and anyone who may notice early signs that a family is struggling.
