My Story For You is a free one-to-one storytelling program for parents navigating separation from their children or involvement with the child protection system.
Through a series of relaxed guided sessions, parents are supported to reflect on their experiences, memories, hopes, values, and love for their children in a safe and respectful environment.
WHAT IT COVERS
For many parents navigating the child protection system, there are experiences, memories, and feelings that can be difficult to express. My Story For You creates a calm and supportive space where parents can slow down, reflect, and share their story without judgement.
Delivered through six guided one-hour yarning sessions, the program focuses on connection, reflection, healing, and preserving personal stories that may one day support a child’s understanding of their family journey.
