Nadia Bergineti, CEO
Nadia has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Masters of Social Work, University of South Australia and is a dedicated advocate and compassionate leader in the field of child protection. With over 9 years of experience in advocacy and therapeutic support, Nadia has emerged as a trusted and influential voice in the industry and as the CEO and Co-Founder of the Reily Foundation, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of countless individuals and families.
As Nadia continues to champion the rights and well-being of those navigating the child protection system and her tireless advocacy and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and families have become cornerstones in the ongoing pursuit of creating a safer future for vulnerable children and their families.
Breony Carbines, Executive Officer & Workshop Facilitator
Breony has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Australian Studies, through The University of Melbourne. Breony has been involved in diverse projects, both professionally and in a volunteer capacity working in metro and regional South Australia to help capture and raise the voices of people impacted by government social policy.
Breony has extensive experience facilitating and being part of advisory groups and governance committees, bringing creativity, accountability and commitment to all members sharing their own stories and expertise, as well as people working collaboratively to reach common goals and outcomes.
Breony has successfully led service teams working across early childhood, family support, youth justice, early intervention, child protection and homelessness. In her part-time role with the Reily Foundation, Breony will bring her passion for people with lived experience of the child protection system having their voices heard, by supporting the Lived Experience Network in its function to advise the Minister and Department for Child Protection.
Naomi Schwarz, Social Worker
Naomi Schwarz is a dedicated social worker with a strong passion for supporting families and promoting optimal functioning within them and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of South Australia.
Throughout her spanning over 30 years, Naomi has engaged in parent education initiatives, providing valuable guidance and resources to parents to enhance their parenting skills and create a nurturing environment for their children.
Naomi has participated in overseas missions, gaining a global perspective on social issues has extensive experience addressing the critical issue of domestic violence. She has dedicated her efforts to supporting survivors and raising awareness about this pervasive problem within society.
At the Reily Foundation, Naomi serves as a therapeutic counsellor, empowering parents with practical tools, information and strategies. Naomi provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, start to heal from the trauma and develop resilience.
Tabatha Broxholme, Co-Creator of Showing up for your Kids workshop
Tabatha Broxholme is a dedicated Project Coordinator with a deep passion for improving the lives of children and families. She holds a Masters in Disability from Flinders University and will soon complete Honours in Psychology at Adelaide University.
As a registered TBRI consultant (Trust Based Relational Intervention), Tabatha has dedicated a significant portion of her career to making a positive impact in East Asia. Here, she successfully led a diverse team of local and expatriate workers in a collaborative effort to tackle child abandonment in their province.
Tabatha firmly believes in child-focused, parent-empowered, evidence-based approaches that foster healthy attachment and yield practical and effective outcomes. Her work reflects her commitment to utilizing research and evidence to inform best practices in the field.
Rebecca St Clair, Communications & Marketing Manager
Rebecca is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the not-for-profit sector, bringing extensive experience and expertise to her role as Communications and Marketing Manager at our organisation. In addition, she takes on the crucial responsibility of Executive Assistant, providing valuable support to the CEO.
Rebecca’s passion for the not-for-profit sector shines through in her work. She has a proven track record of successfully supporting strategic marketing initiatives. As the Communications and Marketing Manager, she plays a vital role in shaping the organisation’s marketing strategy and strengthening its position within the industry.
