Accessing support from Reily

Reily has introduced a new, streamlined way for parents and caregivers to connect with our supports and services.

Our work is focused on supporting parents who are navigating the child protection system, including parents who may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure of their rights, or in need of practical and emotional support.

If you are looking for advice, information, or support, you can now book an appointment directly with Reily in one of two ways:

What happens next?

All appointments are with an experienced Reily Case Manager who understands the child protection system and the challenges families can face. During your appointment, our Case Manager can:

– Provide immediate advice and guidance

– Offer information about child protection processes, rights and options

– Connect you with community services and supports

Help you understand next steps and prepare for what’s ahead

Talk with you about other Reily support services, including:

– Ongoing case management

– Workshops and information sessions

– Peer support and peer‑led groups

Our Case Managers take the time to listen, understand your situation, and work alongside you to help you feel informed, supported and less alone.
