Circle of Security is a relationship‑focused parenting approach that helps parents understand and respond to children’s emotional needs, building stronger and more secure connections.
The program offers simple, practical tools that support children’s confidence, resilience, and wellbeing, while helping caregivers feel more grounded and supported in their parenting. Circle of Security Parenting® is delivered across 8 weekly sessions, each building on the last to support deeper understanding and practical skills.
